Very happy with how our banner turned out. They were fast with communicating and shipping. It came on the day it said it would.

Fine product horrible customer service
The product showed up late. I paid 4 times the cost of the banner for express shipping to meet a deadline. It arrived late. I was told guaranteed shipping for Tuesday can also mean Wednesday. They refused a refund or even a part refund. Will never buy from them again.
