Nobody got back to me for the smaller than ordered banner
My billboard banner came in smaller than requested; as such, it became useless for my project. I've contacted CS and got told to file a claim, I did and nobody got to me. So since it's not the first time I'm getting a banner billboard print from them and I saw that they really didn't care about customer service I've found a different company that got it right... No hard feelings, but when a project cost me money instead of making me money that pushes me away from the problem.

Delivery not on time and no refund
Delivery was 3 days late which meant it was useless as it was require on urgent delivery for a festival - when spoke on the phone they refused to offer a refund.

Everyone was so helpful, and answered all my questions! Delivery was so quick and so fast. A week turnaround, start to finish! I love my canvas banner and am excited to hang it and display as a beautiful piece of art. I'm going to use as a wall mural. I have not framed it out yet, but as you get see the colors are very good, and nothing is fuzzy which was a concern. They work with you to tell you if you have sent a good digital download to them. This is a 7' x 5' banner so pretty big! For reference……..
Bad Recommendations
Hello, I'm not happy with the recommendations from the sales and production team.
Firstly, the grommets were placed directly in the corners. I cannot use these grommets to mount the vinyl sheet on the wooden billboard. I had to add 2 of my own grommets in each corner. I had asked for a recommendation as to the best placement and this was their suggestion. I'm new to billboards so I relied on their recommendation.
Second, I mounted the vinyl sheet onto the billboard and tightened using ratchet straps. Immediately the grommets starting stretching and tearing the vinyl. When I spoke to the sales representative, he said I would not need the strong adhesive tabs and recommended to downgrade to regular grommets.
I only mounted one vinyl sheet so far and I don't feel it will last very long due to the poor mounting at each grommet.
Overall I'm not happy with the recommendations from the sales and production team. I have a product that may fail on me very soon.

Fantastic product and a fantastic price! My logo and image were touched up for the large 4x8' sign and lines were all crisp. Material is nice, and customer service has been top notch when I reached out. Will shop here again!
