First time ordering from Banner Buzz and am very happy!
Along with ordering a table runner, I ordered a trade show banner as well. Banner Buzz provided a number of options for the size, how you want this to hang, finish/material. I was in constant communication with them regarding the clarity of the logo and small adjustments that had to be made due to the colors. Was sent final approval as well. It came out great! The quality of the runner is also really great. All around a great experience!
Issue with shipping
Banner looks good! However it is extremely wrinkled. The box it arrived in was very bent in 2 places. Is there a way to straighten?

Excellent Quality, Great Service!
Incredible quality and service
My banner cost less than $20, took me all of 5 minutes to make on my phone, and arrived extremely quickly! The image quality and the material are superb. I am so excited to start attending events with my fancy new banner, and I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking to make one of their own!
8×3ft trade show banner
The process to order my trade show banner was good. But the product came damaged. One of the grommets tear from the banner and there are paint smears as well.

Great Quality
This was our first time trying Banner Buzz and it won't be our last! The image we sent for the banner would be distorted once they stretched the image, so they redid the artwork free of charge! Great quality and excellent image!

Quality appears to be excellent, the banners met our expectations. We paid for Express shipping and were pleased with the shipping time.
Trade Show Banner 6 ft x 3 ft
I just received my 6 ft x 3 ft banner and it exceeded my expectations. The time from order to receipt at my door was only 15 days. The quality is excellent and seemed to match my artwork perfectly. Overall the banner looks quite durable and should last a few years. If it doesn't, I am not concerned as the price was very reasonable and I would definitely order this again.

Good product and happy with result. I had a couple of issues, which I phoned in and spoke to a person who sorted it, and the product arrived in a timely fashion.

Terrible. I created a banner
Terrible. I created a banner using the online tool and asked for staff suggestions. The suggestions I got missed the mark so I rejected the 'designer' input in favour of my original design. Just to be on the save side I contacted BannerBuzz and talked to someone there who assured me that my design would be used. Well guess what? It wasn't. I received the rejected design in a crushed package that put a lot of creases and folds in the banner - the day before I was to leave town for my trade show. Awful. This banner is supposed to reflect my brand and it doesn't have the right colours or the correct logo! Words fail me! 0/5 stars
Bad quality and bad service
If you need a banner to come out blown out and blurry and then get 0 help in resolving it this is the place to shop
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
I have needed a banner for quite some time, and kept putting it off. I came across Banner Buzz recently and the quality looked fab, combined with the value I couldn't pass it up.
It came quickly after great communication and a preview to make sure I was happy. I got my QR code on it too, and took it with me to an event I worked recently and got lots of compliments.
Highly recommended.

Unfortunately not much care taken o how the banner was shipped - rather than rolled on cardboard tube, the banner had hundreds of mini folds. Regretably these folds are difficult to eliminate becaseu te material used is very think and, like paper, once a fold is in the banner, the fold remains.
More care should be given on shipping items like banners. I would have gine 5 stars for print quality and oeravll experience - however the final disaply does not look great with the vertical ripples and as such has pretty much rendered the purchase as unuseable.

I received my event banner
I received my event banner 1 day before it was scheduled to arrive. It was in perfect condition and better quality and printing result than I expected for the low price I paid. I know I sound like a relative but I can assure you this is the first time ii used this company and I would highly recommend them with NO hesitation. Great job guys and thank you for a great banner. I am a very satisfied customer
