I designed, i paid, but never recieved my order
Misspelling
Their customer service was good. However, my L-Banner had a severe misspelling of our company name. We received the shipping 1-day prior to our trade show which left us no time to correct the issue. Embarrassed to say the least!
Ok products
It is certainly economical (in quality).
The banner is ok in printing but the flag looks cheap and fragile.
For $250, they are not worth what I paid.
Shame.
Decent Quality for Small Events
The package served its basic purpose at our booth. It was lightweight and fairly easy to set up. Not the most premium look, but acceptable for a smaller event. The table cover was a bit thinner than I expected, but the flag and banner helped attract some attention.
Fair Value for the Price
I chose this for a small trade event, and it did what I needed. The print quality was fine, and the materials were decent. Some parts like the L stand felt a bit flimsy but manageable. Good for occasional use, but I’d go for a sturdier option for bigger events.
Missing Logo on Tablecloth
The product itself was good quality and arrived on time, but I was really disappointed that the tablecloth showed up without the logo I paid for. That was the main reason I ordered it, and without it, the product loses the professional look I needed. For the price, I expected better attention to detail. If the logo had been there, this would’ve been an easy 4 stars, but missing something that important brings the rating down.

Good and responsive as we communicate. The banners was delivered timely. They did not print the license number as requested but overall the graphics was good quality.

The banner is very flimsy
The banner is very flimsy and the table cloth was plain black without our logo. Plus the delivery date was pushed back so we missed having the promo for our event.

The quality of the products
The quality of the products are great, including both the graphics and the fabric. The main issue that we had was the difficult process to come to a final design.
Great service and product
I think the items look great, the price is really good and they were made quickly. The only downfall is that one item took a week longer than the rest to arrive and missed the occasion I ordered it for.

Stay away from this company! I questioned myself and paid for the horrendous experience.
Delivery will not be on time, communications are not thorough, expectations are unreal. Shop local and find someone to do it.
Display Package
Bannerbuzz did not meet the timeline, delivered to the wrong address and still owe me shipping charges they promised to refund. This is one of the worst, most frustrating buying experiences I have had and would not recommend them. It is also difficult to speak with a customer rep without a long wait or being cut off.
Economy package,
Received 1 package & my retractor banner arrived with a small whole on it.
Then Received my 2nd package & some pieces were broken as I opened my package. Then my table cloth wasn't what I ordered, it was the wrong color. Im.sure it's a small mistake, 1 that will be corrected. But not sure if I can go thru this again. I made the purchase for a Non-profit Christian group.
Awful Service!
Terrible service. Only received two of three items. One of the two items received was printed using their own graphics and came out incredibly blurry. Be very cautious when ordering.
