Truly appalling! I ordered some
Truly appalling! I ordered some stainless steel letters for a boat name on 22. 4. 24. What arrived on the 11. 5. 24 were wooden letters that spelt something completely different. Clearly the wrong order - fine, these things happen but trying to get them to acknowledge that this was their fault was a real drama. Not helped by an Indian call centre that could only read from a script. I eventually got through to a supervisor who said that they had a new order on its way due to arrive on the 22nd May. 28th May, nothing received so i call up twice and the call centre is unable to tell me anything about my order. A complete shambles and hugely frustrating to deal with.
SANDERS sign
The letters are excellent and many people have commented upon the finished sign. However, the short studs supplied were not all correct. Half were incorrectly threaded and I had to re-tap the sockets and use some 2BA treaded bar I happened to have. Attention here methinks.

Polished steel take a 2
Polished steel take a 2 or 3 weeks before they're shipped, while the acrylic shipped right away. Great value though and they look great on building.

Corner soldering not consistant between letters. The first letter "L" looks to be the first letter produce. Poor quality compare to others

They made a mistake on the letter size in my LOGO the did not make the letter t the same WIDTH as all the other letter then when I sent pics to them etc...they had no follow-up not took any responsibilty. Poor customer service and quality

House Numbers Template Worthwhile
Excellent quality stainless steel house numbers. The font is accurate and they were well packed and delivered quickly. Well worth while getting the template but Installation instructions could have been better. Easy to look up online though.
