Not received
Never received the product. It was delivered to an unknown person. No support from Banner Buzz. 200 USD out the window for me.
Custom Ordering Process was Confusing
Overall, the product came out great, but getting there was a bit stressful and time consuming. The custom ordering process was a bit confusing and when I received the proofs, I was not surprised that they looked wrong. After a long calling session back and forth, they managed to find the issue and changed it to my preference.
Although the resolving process was stressful, most of the people I spoke with (mainly a women I think her name was Sarah) was very patient and understanding and helpful.
The product looked great and was durable

Flags still not delivered - Shipped 6/11 and still in Dubai 8 days later
We still haven't received our order. According to UPS Tracking they have been sitting in Dubai for over a week now. We ordered them for a specific event and would not have used this company if we knew delivery was going to be so slow.
Thank you, Great Service!
