Slow shipping
Shipping times were extremely deceptive on the website. Took nearly 2 weeks to get to me. Wouldn't use them again because of this.

I've used BannerBuzz a few times now and have always been happy with their communication and attention to detail. They make sure you understand how your images will look when printed. I needed specific measurements on some vinyl stickers and they fit perfectly.
Great product!
We bought a banner and then needed to change a QR code we had on the banner. This product applied easily and has remained in place through all weather conditions.
Horrible customer service and horrible product.
The colours were so dark that the brightest red was closer to black and I was extremely disappointed in the "help" I received

Haven't Received Decals
I reached out to FedEx to find the location of the decals but mentioned it got lost. Contacted BannerBuzz and they said they would look into it. I haven't heard from BannerBuzz but the package is obviously lost and have ordered the decals early August.
Priority Shipping
I paid for priority shipping and got it several days later than expected. I asked for refund on the priority shipping charge and the denied. They said we don't give credits. I had a bad experience with the customer service rep Ash via chat. I would not recommend this company.
Vinyl stickers
Wow!
When I started searching for vinyl stickers for our display cabinets, I was looking in the usual spots; VistaPrint, Officeworks etc and came up blank.
BannerBuzz should be at the very top of every search. I sent what I wanted and had feedback straightaway. Not only were they able to print what I wanted at the size I needed, but adjusted the pixelation and printed everything perfectly!

Did not receive it
Hard to review a product that still hasn't shown up after nearly 10 days…
Prints were help up in customs and took weeks to arrive and were damaged in shipping
When the prints finally got here after beings stuck in customs in Memphis for over a week, I opened them to find the roll of vinyl prints had been smashed on both end. The wrinkles in the vinyl from the damage in shipping caused the ink to chip away and reveal the white vinyl. I will attach a pic if possible.
Not what I expected
Ask for high tac vinyl, doesn't look sticky enough for my use. Also asked for two stickers and two stencil for spraying. Did not receive this and only received four stickers. Also all the communication in the website indicated the items and company were uk based only to find the high postage cost was because the item came from India. Not impressed and a waste of my money.
Custom Vinyl Decals gone wrong!
Not a happy customer. They were made wrong the first time, so they remade them. They were still made wrong the second time. Not sure what to do now. I'm tired of dealing with them now over such a simple request 🤯
