Good quality?
Uploading the photographs wasn't as crisp as I would like I had an email saying this spoke to them on the phone as I explained to him is just a flag on a boat so it don't have to be Chris turned up quality is good I was correct about it not being as crisp but the price of the flag was reasonable but the £9 something to post it and a further £9 something to ensure it made the price nearly doubled which I wasn't happy about if they just sorted out the sending and security that is going to get here price it would be better most companies only charge about £4 for secure and insured small items like a flag or a banner that's the bit I was not happy about other than that it would've been five stars won't be using them again as I feel paying £18 for postage and security is too much but it took nearly a week to get here

Very Disappointed!
The material of the flag is not at all what I expected. It does not even match what I ordered. It is a black mesh, transparent material and I wanted a solid black background. That's not transparent. I want this reproduce properly. The logo itself was as requested, but the background needed to be a mat or semi gloss, solid material, i. E. for a flag.
Overall satisfied with the product and experience.
The final product hasn't been tested yet. I plan to install it outdoors.

Everything was done as hoped. Although you stated the picture wasn't clear, everyone we've showed it to thinks it is fantastic. The quality of material is superb on top of the print.

Super disappointed…I paid for these flags and NEVER EVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS! Very VERY disappointed! Do NOT purchase from this company!
Great Service, But Product Quality Fell Short
They did an excellent job with the printing, the order arrived quickly, and the entire process was seamless. I would recommend this company for your printing needs; however, this particular product is very thin and somewhat transparent, which makes it look cheap and causes it not to photograph well.

Great School Flag!
We had a student contest for the first time ever. Students designed a school flag, and our Student Council voted on their favorite design. We ordered one for our flag pole in front of the school, and one for our MPR.
They are GREAT! The design is true, and the colors vibrant. The turn around time was AMAZING!

I had to reach out to customer service and they responded within 2 business days which in my opinion is pretty descent. I will definitely order from them again.
First order had printing errors; second reprint also had errors - but gave up.
Not sure what is going on with quality control -- but flags had printing errors.
