The graphic design process was terrible. They got the layout wrong, had several calls, emails etc, took a month to finally get it correct. Language barrier and just lack of Competence.

My experience with BannerBuzz was
My experience with BannerBuzz was not pleasant. It is nearly impossible to speak to a representative. You will wait on hold for 30+ minutes just to have the phone system cut you off because they have too many people in the queue. The email will also bounce back. They don't seem to be a legit company at all.
The banner I ordered was incorrect. They actually removed portions of the art work and added kidish looking icons to the banner instead. When I chatted in they could not help me and sent my request to the 'concern team' which they said would taken 1-3 days to hear back from.
The error was so clear that it should have been resolved right there an then.
Do not waste your time and money on this business. I will not order from them again!
Excellent quality and price
Used the app to design and preview some Eco - Friendly banners for our village event. Great help tips online and proof stage tips helped get just what we wanted. They look amazing and the quality is excellent. All at a great price.
Arrived 12 days late
Arrived 12 days late. I got a refund for shipping, but missed a deadline. I do not recommend relying on them to deliver in time. They send banners from India. Even if you pay expedited shipping, my item was very late.

It started to flake off within a month. Not sure what is the issue.

The banner came out perfect. The process in choosing the type of banner was easy by just talking to the representative. The production crew went over the image and what to expect as far as sharpness. No one over promised and the banner came out just as described. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this company.
