Great quality
Perfect for setup at events as a vendor. My only thing is I wish the black cloth was a true black and it's slightly off black but that's just me being picky. Fantastic quality, fantastic price, will order more if needed
Shoved in a bag and sent like dirty washing
I have used Banner Buzz before, and this time was the exception. (I had been pleased prior, this time: I was not pleased).
1 table cloth was folded nicely. The other was in a ball, shoved into a bag, no care or consideration for the product I paid for or my brand.
No care, not a good product. Also, the fabric and the finish are not good at all. I wish I had not purchased this.
Dismal customer service and item did not arrive on time as expected
Item was purchased 1.5 months before our event. There was a Banner Buzz system issue with commenting/approving order. Direct emails to customer service resulted in error message: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now." Chat support ensured that I would receive my item on time, but that was untrue.
Customer service was unwilling or not empowered to resolve the issue. They refused to upgrade my delivery method since I was already using a coupon code and received a discount (not sure why that matters).

Easy process, phoned to assist with my first time purchase of this display item, it arrived in time for my show and is of great quality and received great comments from our customers, printed logos look great.

The tablecloth was crammed into a small shipping package. I expected a few folds in the cloth but this was a mess. Very unhappy.

Don't take my word for it! Take a look at the image I uploaded with this review. I waited until I was able to test it out before reviewing. Everything is great! And the best part is that it all compacts down into tiny travel bags! Amazing!
Custom table covers
The colors look great and easy to order on Website. Happy with product with the exception of the open corner section. Fabric isn't as thick as we were expecting. The edges are not finished so the open corner strip can very easily rip if not careful. For the price paid I was expecting a little bit of a thicker fabric.

Awesome Results and Super Professions
I must admit I was super nervous about spending so much money for something online, but they did a really good job. I ordered the custom table cloth on Monday, and they had it to me by Friday. They were super professional and reached out to me routinely. I'm honesty amazed how amazing this turned out considering it was only $200 plus shipping and most other companies would charge $300-$600.

Nice quality could have come
Nice quality could have come ironed and in a box since I payed 306 dollars for them. Color is almost perfect match and the cloth could be heavier. Almost like an x-ray vest. Other than that good job.
