A great product
The quality was pleasing to my customer and at a fair price.
Item arrived on time.
The end plugs do not stay in place, had to use tape to keep them in place.

Great product, love that it was all assembled for me when I received it. Really easy to hang.
Had an issue initially with dispatch and given the wrong tracking info but that was resolved and there was lots of follow up from their customer service.
Took a bit longer to get the items that I was expecting but over all I will order more as the customer service is great.
First of all the design and review process is so complicated
First of all the design and review process is so complicated. We have sent multiple times artwork and has either rejected or redesigned by the BB team. Secondly the actually product is made of cheap parts. I ordered it before.

### Poor Quality and Frustrating Customer Service Experience
The quality of their products is disappointing, and their customer service is frustrating to deal with. When I contacted them about the issues, they offered numerous excuses. Instead of providing a refund, they issued a $50 credit, forcing me to purchase another low-quality item from their store.
Terrible
Was told it would arrive with clamps but it didn't. Was a huge faff to get in touch with anyone and they finally arrived but too late for our event. Total waste of time and money.

The reproduction of the banners
The reproduction of the banners came out just as we hoped they would! The text and logos were clear and exactly how we wanted them to appear. Our order shipped and arrived very quickly!

I normally have no problems
I normally have no problems with my banner buzz orders, but this time the hanging clamp bar prep seemed to be rushed. The ends kept falling off, the banners had dirt on the front and back sides, they were so wrinkled i almost didnt hang them, they were not all cut to the same size 3ft x 2ft. So they didn't look as put together as my previous order. I wasn't sure if steaming the banners would do something with the colors bleeding so i had to hang then with all of the deep creases. I was disappointed this time around and i actually had paid for expedited shipping. Looked like my job was rushed
