Bad customer service
Placed order with wrong address. Called back right away to correct it. They kept transferring me after all day of trying to talk to someone they said they corrected it. Started chatting with agent just to make sure ot was fixed and no address was never corrected. Then they tell me they couldnt help me. The flags had not been made yet but they said changing address was not an option. Never received package. Oh and i even payed to get them shipped faster
Wrinkles don't come out. Looks terrible.
Cheap printing on poor fabric. We bought it for a trade show and were disappointed at how poorly it presented our brand

I was looking for a simple, text only, single colour flag. Other sites visited seemed not to cater for something so straightforward but BannerBuzz was able to meet my need. A quick and simple process with a design check and swift dispatch leaves me to give five stars for my purchase.

Very disapointed in Banner Buzz Ability to communicate and make this process easy. Also I clarified I wanted to switch the base from a spike to a Hard ground X stand, and they sent those to me but did not send the actually poles needed and then blamed me for not asking for them! Are you kidding me! And you wont let me return. Will NEVER BUY FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN! Zero stars

Sent my design, and customer service was very attentive and made slight adjustments. Great online communication during the entire process. Banners arrived promptly with each banner in a sturdy vinyl case. They came out perfect.
