Shipped to wrong address
The design team had trouble understanding what I wanted on my pouch, couldn't get it the correct size. Then my package was shipped to the wrong address. Instead of Texas it went to California. The address was correct on my order form. It took me 3 times of pestering them until I was finally granted a refund. DO NOT ORDER from them. Never received my pouches. They are not US based. India.
