Life size cutouts
I received a number of cutouts for my daughters baby shower
They look fantastic
They were delivered in excellent packaging wrapped in paper with protective foam around items inside
Would highly recommend
Very Disappointed
First the product was not delivered on time bcause they missed the cut off for the product to go out with FedEx. Tried to work with BannerBuzz to call FedEx and have them expedite it and the supervisor wanted to take the "let's just wait" approach. Once I finally recieved the product (after the event was over) the box was shredded and the product was damaged. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

Loved my Life Size cutouts they were exactly what we needed
Received my order and very disappointed as box arrived...
Received my order and very disappointed as box arrived damaged and cutout is bend. I spent 1 hour in your chat today and your customer service was replying to multiple customers so I had to wait 8-12 mins between each message, that's not ok.
And now I have to wait 72 hours till customer service will send me an email.
