Never got the Garden Flags
Fascinating how Banner Buz is inquiring about a review of a purchase I paid for but never received, even after I voiced out the rip-off. I will never recommend this company or buy their products again.
Unsure if I'd purchase again.
Not sure whether it is the fabric or ink, but on the double sided flags, the blue on print looks like it bleeds into the not-so-white background.

Awesome Job
I submitted my image and the BannerBuzz team re-touched the image I made even better. The banner is thick and the colors look as if they can withstand the Arizona Sun which tends to decolorize some of the garden flags I put up in the past of other companies!

More transparent than expected
The print quality is great, colors are nice, the customer service was good, but the fabric was much thinner than expected (a fairly dense mesh rather than a weave with no visible space between) and very clearly not opaque even in low lighting. It is fine when viewed from a distance with a dark background but it was not what I was expecting from a garden flag

Garden flags sent as ordered
I enjoyed designing my garden flags and found the software fun and easy to use. The price was also good.
A few issues though. After I submitted my artwork, they decided that my name was a spelling mistake and 'corrected'. I sent in the modifications. Unfortunately they got it wrong the second time and for some reason the program wasn't allowing me to make comments and request a new proof. So I had to contact customer service twice before it was right. That's fine, they were helpful.
Another issue I had was that I signed up for text alerts. That's great except twice I was texted at 4am and woken up.
Also, I had specifically chosen this company because I thought it was Canadian. But all the customer service was in India and the product was shipped from India. I do have to say it came very fast once the design was approved, especially given where it came from.
The flag was thinner and more transparent than I thought it would be. I am not sure if I had chosen two sided if this would have been different.
So overall everything is ok but I would likely not order again since I want to use Canadian companies.
Not as expected
Print quality is excellent, but the material is mesh, not the normal cloth type of garden flag. I would have liked the option to print on both sides but now I understand why. It's a bit transparent due to the mesh but again, colours are vivid because of excellent print quality. Also, the flag came with an excellent quality stand which I didn't expect/ didn't know I ordered. It fits the flag perfectly. Time will be the test to see how well both the flag and the stand hold up. One final thing: I was horrified by the ridiculously excessive amount of plastic wrap used to package the stand, and the roll of tape used on the shipping tube, as well as a separate plastic bubble envelope for the flag. A simply cardboard box and a bit of tissue paper would be much kinder to the environment.

Incredible! My design turned out amazing on these flags. I am blown away by the quality and how detailed everything came out. I will be ordering more in the future.
