Great product for the price. Easy to design and order.
Disappointed
The flag itself is good quality. The clip and overall size of the product are a huge let down. The clip needs to be bigger and stronger. Currently the clip can barely support the weight of the flag. The clip also needs to be bigger so it can be clipped to the pole/leg of a marquee/canopy. The size of the flag is so small. To see it, you practically need to be standing next to it. Not useful for a market stall situation. Way too small. An articulating connection between the clip and the pole would be a huge bonus so you could position the flag at a desired angle would be extremely helpful as well.

Very disappointed with teardrop. I ordered a teardrop which I requested it in a cyan colour. It arrived brown in colour. Contacted bannerbuzz three weeks ago no response as yet

Ordered the 27 inch teardrop clip on flag, it's a great product and good quality. I opted for the design assistance and was glad that I did. I initially bought one flag to check the quality and was happy enough with it to order another 5; I telephoned for assistance as initially I couldn't see how to reorder, the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and was able to upload the artwork from my original order for me. Great product and very good service, thank you.

Great product after fixing the installation issues
The flags came in and a couple of them were difficult to put together. It appeared at first they would need to be replaced but after investing some time in trying to fix the issue we were able to get the problem solved and now they are working as intended.
