Not worth it!
The cross base is decent, not made to the standard that I was hoping. But the customer service is not worth buying from this company. In an age, where refunds and returns are normal they are not allowed here. They say they want to help but then aren't willing to take any steps to help resolve unsatisfied issues. Their return policy does say this, now I know, and will be taking my business else where. Just thought I would help save someone else the trouble.
Just what we needed to keep our banner up
Good sturdy base but it is a pity that the company still packs products in unrecyclable polystyrene and polythene,
Feather flags
I would recommend Banner Buzz if you require feather flags. Their design team was great in tweaking my design and the deliver was very quick.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service with no proper complaint procedure or returns policy. They refused to allow a return on a non personalised item despite UK legislation that states that online/distance selling must refund an order which is cancelled and returned within 14 days. I contacted the company immediately as the product was not what I expected but they refuse to accept a return. Really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing.

Design issues...Communication issues...but good product
I had some design issues where the designer changed my design and I couldn't get ahold of the design department to discuss. I had to threaten to cancel my order to get a response. Upon receipt of the product, the design was correct and the product is of a good quality.

Cross base came used, had rust on it and showed wear. Also does not fit or hold a standard banner, base is too small. Would not recommend this product.
Not all pieces arrived
Worked with a customer service rep on multiple days to get the design right. Finally got it and then did not receive the flag pole with the order, all other pieces arrived. Another day with another customer service rep to have them send it out. Frustrating. The product really terrific, but getting it has been 15 hours of work.

The hardware for my flags arrived and they are perfect. However the flags were incorrect and I won't be able to use them. We are a church and go above and beyond to spend money wisely. I am very unhappy with the results of my situation.
