Great service
I wish you would not change my files
The material, prints, delivery, etc. are all wonderful with bannerbuzz. The "design" team routinely changes my files because they think they are doing me a favor, and it is always bad. For this project, they added a black border around my image, and on some of the pieces, the black border cut off some of the image, so I had to shrink my final size at install. On another, they increased the size of the my image to fill my artboard, eliminating the white space around the image, which for this piece was part of it. This is maddening.
DO NOT BUY FROM BANNER BUZZ
We ordered a custom backlight, and the product we got was completely wrong. The print was the wrong size, and when we contacted customer service to get it adjusted, they were very unhelpful and kept blaming us for the errors in printing. I would avoid buying from them at ALL! Half our order is still missing and the ones we got are unusable! We kept going back and forth with their customer service, but they kept blaming us and offered no solutions or wanted to meet us half way - we were willing to work with the BannerBuzz team to resolve the issue, even reorder the product and return the old one but they make it extremely difficult to do so (ended up on the phone with them for 45 mins without a viable solution).

Sometimes a bargain works out to be more costly
Terrible experience - first dealt with customer support when the delivery didn't arrive and was told that there is an 11% chance of a delay for every shipment. Zero professionalism there. The end product was of terrible quality. I usually get them printed from an Australian company but when I saw the sale price adbertised on bannerbuzz, it was too good to be true. Price was half of what I'd usually pay. But this was all reflected on the end product. Image was of very poor quality and one of them even had markings printed on the image. Really strange as there was none on the images that were sent. End result now is that I am not able to use the prints from your company and have to pay for new ones. Very disappointed.

Whilst the staff appeared to be as helpful as possible, in reality you failed to get the goods to me, I have phoned to request a reimbursement but was told I first have to reject the goods when FedEx try to deliver, this putting responsibility on me to Lias with FedEx is bad practice, as a result I would not recommend you to others, I am a friend of the editor of the print magazine that serves UK printers and whether I discuss it with him depends on on this matter ends up being settled

Backlit film
The backlit film is not adhesive, unlike any other backlit film I've seen advertised. This fact is buried in the FAQs. The after sales support when I queried how to apply the film was polite and useless. They couldn't/wouldn't even tell me what the material the film is made from.
