Quality wasn't there.
Some of the folds were crooked.
Most of them don't have the holes punched. The ones with the holes punched are too small to hang so it destroys the hole and rips so you can't hang them now
Such a shame
The printing job on these was great. It's just too bad that I won't be able to order them ever again. Bag headers are usually designed to hang from a peg hook in a retail store. They need a hole that is big enough to fit over a peg hook. Most printers who sell bag headers make the hole 5/16ths of an inch in diameter. The bag headers that I received from BannerBuzz came with holes that would fit a piece of sewing thread.
I contacted customer service and they responded right away. When I explained my problem, they offered to sell me more bag headers at a discounted price. Why would I want more of the same product that I already bought that won't work?! When I said that I wanted them to 1) either make new ones with the proper hole size, or 2) refund my money, I stopped hearing from customer service.
Save yourself some trouble and buy these elsewhere.
