This is the secant time work with your company! The first time was a complete nightmare. Almost cost me my contact. This year I WAS NOT GOING TO USE A COMPANY IN INDIA. Basically you the only one in the game with Burgree flags. I finally got to speak to a rep. He walked me thru the order, That worked, art people were quit on corrections on my art. Went into production got them in time, in fact this year was a pleasure. See you next year.

We wanted a custom burgee flag for a bareboat charter. Banner Buzz had great layout options. They cleaned up our submitted artwork for free. Their phone support was competent and helpful. The flag arrived in a timely manner. Positive experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely use Banner Buzz for any future custom flag needs.

The burgees size etc was fine unfortunately you got the print and edge colour wrong it should be Navy Blue. What next?

Flag looks good, well made and just the right size, though perhaps i could have had the writing a bit bigger. Perhaps next time. The blue lettering works well on the yellow background. All good

Flag arrived in good time.
Flag arrived in good time. However, it is not bright red ie I was told post office red... The pine tree I submitted for art work was not used and I eventually gave up and removed the request for art work. It seems very good quality but am disappointed that it is not the design I wanted. Phone staff were very pleasant.
