Printing was excellent. High resolution. I ordered extra thick cards. They seemed normal thickness but thinner than advertised. Don't believe they were really. 30 thick as advertised.

Damaged Cards
We have been ordering business cards for over 2 years. We decided to do a BIG order and it turned out to be a mistake. Box arrived soaked in some form of liquid and nearly all of the cards were damaged. Took numerous attempts of sending pictures and videos of the damaged cards to their customer service department before they will agree to a full refund. Would have re-ordered if it was not for the poor customer service, run around treatment, and reluctancy to give a refund when video and picture evidence was duly provided.

While the design / communications process can occasionally become… a bit tedious, there simply is NO ONE ELSE you should use! The quality of product and pricing is incomparable

Not the same quality as I get from other stores normally. Paid more to order here with some other things instead of my usual supplier, should've gone my usual cheaper option… these ones have an unfinished feel and are slightly smaller than my normal ones even though they're marked as the same size… won't order again

Easy to upload design, they emailed to check I was happy with the proof design of cards and delivery was tracked and arrived well packaged. Cards were brilliant quality and decent price too and only took a week from start to finish.

Process is flawed
Order to production is way too slow, especially since i provided vector pdfs at the correct scale and for some reason the art was recreated and approval then took multiple rounds with long lags.
Never received
Never received abit disappointed as asked customer service and was told it was shipped together with the pvc foam board.
