No resolution to misprinted products and not even a follow up from the team at Banner Buzz.
I have been exceedingly happy with BannerBuzz and their products in the past. However, a misunderstanding led to our brochures being printed backwards and there has been no follow up since I was asked to "video" a response to the team about my complaint. I am against a tight deadline and have had no resolution to the matter. This is not a typo or a misaligned element on my part. The brochures were printed with the front on the back and the back on the front and we were told we approved the artwork so it was our problem. I approved artwork early in the process before we changed the paper size to flyer from brochure. Somehow in that process the pages got mixed up and it came to us completely different than what we agreed upon. After paying almost $50 more for the upgrade and an additional $79 for shipping we are stuck with a product we cannot possibly distribute to our constituents and no offer of help from BannerBuzz. I am beyond upset and completely dissatisfied. Furthermore, if the product had been printed properly, most of the flyers are misaligned and unprofessional due to an improperly creased center line. This has turned out to be a nightmare.
Not the right size
Very small. In fact smaller than my phone! Expected DL size. Definitely not. Also did not come folded. If I had know that I would've just printed myself at home for a lot cheaper and still had the same annoying job of doling them myself.
Make it More Clear That They Are Just Scored
For the price, they should come folded. Would not order again.

Unacceptable delivery service and support
Delivery was so bad We didn't get our order after 2 days yet and when we called to customer service they gave us track number that we should go for pick up our order instead of deliver it in our address Im not satisfied at all and will not order from you guys again Seriously?! You are sending some products from India and you cannot guaranteed your delivery date and services? It's not acceptable at all

These were printed very well. I love the quality of them. I didn't realize they were not going to come folded, but the guide marks make it very easy to fold with no questions. They got the lines right so far for the folds. I will definitely order again. It's well worth the money.
