Defective decals, Poor response
I placed an order for both vehicle decals as well as window decals. The vehicle decals we had no problem with. I've also used other companies for both window and door decals and never had a problem. Unfortunately, my window decals were very poor quality and not all letters transferred. They tore and left a big huge mess on my window that I had to use special cleaner to remove the gum. I wrote to banner buzz to request a replacement. Not a refund, not my money back. Simply a replacement. Their response was it was my fault that this happened. I think that's terrible customer service. It is an unethical and desperate way to do business. I'm a business owner myself and want my customer is always to be satisfied and sometimes Ibanner buzz to request a replacement. Not a refund not my money back. Simply a replacement. But I stand behind my work and if my customer is not happy then it's up to me to make them feel valued as a customer. That's just me. Unfortunately, this company would rather lose a customer and save a few dollars. I will never work with them again and suggest you reconsider using this company before placing an order. I've had very good experiences with Vistaprint. Have worked with them for over 20 years for my other business. I tried to banner buzz because I thought Vistaprint was unable to print what I needed it. After speaking to an agent at Vistaprint, who walked me through every step, I was able to get a great product and incredible customer service.

Unprofessional design team
The worker is very unprofessional. I've provided a design with many different format for them at the beginning, including png, pdf, eps, and ai. In the proof, they put the wording outside the printed area. Didn't they check? I asked them to correct it and use my original design to match the size. They still did it wrong. The final product is a little bit large than I want.

Supreme value. Bannerbuzz has been a great resource for all kinds of products for me. Makes tackling work project wayyyy easier and wayyyy cheaper. Highly recommend. For these window decals the sizing was great other places had size limits, I was able to go larger using bannerbuzz. They came with installation tools and were solidly packed. The adhesion is POWERFUL. I ordered extras knowing id probably have an installation issue with at least one. We had user error and had to take one off, and that certainly showed how stuck on there the decal was. Great quality thick vinyl fast turnaround and supreme pricing

I was quite disappointed in what I received. When I reviewed the proof, it displayed all images. The image I submitted along with the lettering I added to the artwork. I received ONLY artwork... with no business information on it... what is the point?

I have order as a rapid shipping brand they were supporsed to arrive on 1 st Nov but this have not arrived yet. So I checked tracking and still somewhere overseas. I screen shot of parcel tracking. I have sent an inquiry of this two products are missing matter, and they have no reply back. I paid for extra 25 dollars and this response is unprofessional. Totally disappointed. I am waiting for response.

Boat stickers
I was very surprised at the pricing, compared to other quotes I got. These guys without a doubt are the cheapest, then comes the quality of the vinyl lettering. It was excellent, professional workmanship. These guys handled my order so quickly, my vinyl artwork arrived fast & well packaged. Highly recommended!
I was really happy with
I was really happy with the communication process to get my vinyl lettering design as I wanted it. Having the final proof images to review and adjust seems to work well. Unfortunately I paid extra for speedy post and it arrived 5 days later than expected with no explanation. So I couldn't use the printing.
