I ordered a 10x10 frame and canopy with travel case in June. Canopy and travel case arrived in one week. Two weeks after order no frame. Called and was told someone forgot to ship it. A few days later notified the frame was on its way. Two and a half weeks later now and still no frame.

I received so many compliments on my tent and vendors...
I received so many compliments on my tent and vendors constantly asking where I got it from! It also shipped super quickly, arriving well before the estimated delivery date! The material of the tent and backdrop are also very thick and weather resistant. And I love the Velcro around the interior perimeter of the tent to attach walls to all sides. Worth the investment!

Love the tent. Perfect. Only 2 issue. 1) I have trouble signing in to your website. Everytime. 2) I thought there would be 2 flag pole attachments since I bought 2 flags with it. There was only `1 that came with it. Otherwise, great work. I will be back as my business grows.

I ordered this item and it is now 1 week overdue with no delivery date in sight. I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I do not know when I will receive it.

Great product, excellent design and graphism, super solid, and well built! It is a little too tall for me, I have some issues opening it, and it is too long to fit my car. We manage it! Not a problem. It had a significant impact on potential clients at outdoor shows. Great buy!

Was promised the inside walls
Was promised the inside walls of the tent to be black. Paid expedited shipping. Received the tent and all inside walls were white. Banner buzz not willing to correct the problem and want me to pay additional charge for reshipping their mistake. Poor customer service and Poor communication. Not buying again.

CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES ONLY RESPONSE WAS "IT SAYS IN THE SMALL PRINT DELAYS CAN OCCUR", WAIT TILL TOMORROW... MISSED MY EVENT BY A WEEK... NO MENTION OF REFUND FOR SHIPPING OR EVEN A CREDIT. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Solid Piece
We weren't sure what we were going to get when we placed the order. However, when it arrived, it was a solid piece, nicely constructed, and the fabric was strong, and the print came out perfectly.

The product looks to be of good quality. I had a damaged travel bag (shipping damage) and mistake on the back wall of my tent. It was sent as single sided instead of double sided. After 2 emails, and attached a couple of photos. The replacements arrived at my door a couple of days later. I was a little shocked, I was getting ready for a fight that never happened. Thank you BannerBuzz.
