I am so happy!
My trading cards are more than I ever expected! Excellent customer service, excellent product, I would definitely use again!
So close...
Generally great and thats why I keep coming back. Downside is that the images are often too dark and that the collector's cards are often too wide and tall to what a cards proportions should be.
Difficult to work with

If you require large amounts of these cards do not buy here. They are very sloppy with the sizes so you will definitely have some cards too big if you have intentions of sleeving them. Unfortunately when reaching out to the company when I had this issue they suggest I trim down the 300 wrong sized cards myself.
Custom Design with a Catch
I hired a designer to create a custom design for me. Little did I know that when I reordered I would not have access to the design I created and purchased. Instead I would have to work with the designer and pay additional designer fees for any changes. I wanted the design so in the future I could swap out images but keep the overall layout. Even if I stuck with the same design with the same photos, I found out I would still have to pay a designer fee. I think they are making way more money off the design fee than they should be. I paid for the design, I should be able to have access to it in the "my designs" section

Horrible Customer Service
I have used Banner Buzz for over a year now for various items. The items have always been great and I have referred them to multiple people throughout my company as well as other companies. With this order however, the customer service was horrific. For some reason, I had to approve the artwork post submission, which never happens. I approved it the same business day. They said to allow 24 hours for them to respond. Fine. Several days passed before they approved it, which they approved my approval. This pushed the delivery date well past when I paid to have it by, so I asked for them to expedite it as a make good on their own mistake. Again, was given the UP TO 24 HOURS response. They then placed my order on hold after 2 more business days and said that I would need to update the shipping on my end, even though I didn't hold up the process, they did. After 2 more business days of going back and forth and my order on hold, I finally gave in to just receiving them whenever and had to get an alternative item for my event from elsewhere. What do you know? They arrived the 1st business day AFTER I needed them, which if I paid for regular shipping, and they switched it to expedited, it would have been there on time, even though they told me it wouldn't. Horrible customer service. Will no longer be using them or referring them. Shame, it's great work at a great price... Need to do better by your customers. Also, I'm not even trying to be entitled here, because they made several delays on their end, and all I wanted was my item on time, and the difference being a few dollars to expedite shouldn't be that huge of a deal.

Exceptional service, production and price. They have also upped their shipping so it comes by FedEx much quicker than in the past.
Easy and perfect quality!
A simple method of producing Collector Cards for everyday use, easy to create on Banner Buzz and perfect to import own designs. Quality and finish always catches you off guard in being equal or better than the digital design.

After selecting "front and back" and uploading 2 I ages it only lets me preview the front image on my iPhone.

Just really bad quality
Just really bad quality. I was honestly so surprised. The edges look like they were cut with a blunt blade. The print quality was fine, I'd give it an 8/10 but not 100%. Honestly I could get a better result printing and cutting them at home. I need somewhere to get professional cards printed but this ain't it. Hate to be negative, but I'm honestly just so gutted.

My balloon cards came out well, as did the trailer...
My balloon cards came out well, as did the trailer decals I ordered. The ordering process was somewhat difficult as it took quite a few discussions with the design team to get my originals to come out like the design I had made. Several things like font size and borders aren't made clear in the instructions when you use the from-scratch template (it seemed to suggest i needed a 1" border which is obviously not possible on trading cards) and I feel like you get pushed a bit to either use their design software or work with their designers. Either way the cards ended up looking good and I'm happy with the final result.
