Better than I expected!
I ordered a large canvas banner for our stage shows. It looked better and was better quality than I expected. Plus it was delivered earlier than I thought it was going togoing to be.

Mis-ship
I sent a request last nite to your cs team as I did not receive this banner. I received a 2nd table runner. (Which looks great btw) But I need the banner by 2/20. Thx

Easy to Create & Design
While it is easy to create and design I wish there were a few more font options and design capabilities when it comes to line spacing, text spacing, and just some other preferred design tools. I'm sure as software gets coded more with updates. Some of the things I like to use in other design programs will be more available. The ordering process is so simple and easy to maneuver through.

It as high of quality as I would wave liked
Disappointed with Delivery & Quality
I paid extra for express delivery because I needed the banner for an event, but unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. Customer service explained that delivery is not 100% guaranteed, which was very frustrating. As for the print quality, it wasn't as sharp as I expected — the print looked a bit blurred up close. This might have been due to the file I submitted, but I feel the company should have flagged this before going ahead with printing as part of their quality control. On the positive side, the price of the banner (excluding the express service) is cheaper compared to other companies in the UK. Overall though, I was left disappointed.

Great Service and helpful staff
I ordered two banners which we were going to get children to carry in a procession. Their design team were great, checked our artwork, spotted an error speedily which meant we could correct it and they then sent the banners very swiftly too. Very happy indeed!
