The seams of the table cover looked like someone decided to cut them with scissors and their eyes closed..
Items received after the event
Table throws not received for event.
We paid for priority overnight shipping for an order that had other items. We received the step and repeat display and hardware on 8/28/25 as ordered but did not receive the table covers and throw. After numerrous calls and inquiries, we got no response. The customer service group requested that we take pictures of the shipping package, which we did. After follow-up, we discovered that the table cover and throws had not been produced. The customer service department deceived us and indicated that the items had been shipped. Even after confirming that the items had not been produced, they still did not produce the order. We receive our order on 9/5/25 and the items were soiled. I requested a call from management and to-date, have had no respose,

Tablecloths with logos
Submitted an order for 2 tablecloths with logos. One was premium and the other was not.
The reviewer said I need to upgrade the cheaper one to the premium tablecloth with an additional fee to pay.
I asked several times over email and different people responded and were unable to answer this simple question. This could of cost me more money but in the end your company was able to make both tablecloths as initially requested.

I can't say enough good things about this tablecloth I ordered that has a different thing printed on all four sides. The fabric is excellent, and it withstood washing and drying without the images degrading a bit. Unless it flunks the test of time, my opinion of this company is as good as you can get.

The customer service we received was amazing. The table cloth we ordered arrived quickly, but had a few dirty spots/marks on the white fabric.

Awesome purchase
Needed a large banner quickly, had trouble finding a reasonably priced good quality product but I found one. 1st two calls couldn't understand the agent, on my 3rd call the person understood what I wanted, ordered it, had it 4 days later!
