Banner Buzz received, processed and shipped our order promptly BUT then FedEx gave it a slow tour of India, Europe and the USA for the next 10 days. Banner did little to help when we reported the shipping anomaly on day 5. End result was a banner that arrived too late to even open (after the event that it was promoting).
Two Stars switched to Five
I rated my experience with Banner Buzz a two star experience because the package was damaged in shipping and the response was less than I hoped for. But after the fact, they did respond very well, offered a free replacement and credit towards a future purchase. Can't do better than that. I will try again, and thanks for the good response.
In order to compare, I
In order to compare, I ordered two identical banners at the same time from two different companies. Banner Buzz was the cheaper of the two companies, by 50%. However, the Banner Buzz banner arrived more than a week later than the other, and the BB Banner arrived squashed with deep creases. When I complained about the condition of the product after delivery, I received an apology and instructions to use a heat gun (something I don't have) to carefully remove the creases, being careful not to focus the heat too long at one spot. If your only consideration is price, then I guess this is okay. If you expect a product you can use out of the box, you might want to look elsewhere.

I ordered this two weeks
I ordered this two weeks before my event, and I paid extra for shipping with a guarantee that it would be delivered on time. Two days after the event and it's not here! I called the company, and they only offered to refund 25% of the shipping! Don't order from these guys. It was a disaster.
