I paid a premium to have my order delivered urgently. The company chose to have my order printed in India and it was then held at Stansted Airport for almost a week - my order was a week late. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be using this company again.
Great product terrible shipping
The banners were nice. I paid for the quickest shipping both times and both times they arrived way later than promised.

The banner did not have grommets! I did not see a place to note that on the order form.

Excellent customer service, and product, only hitch was the downloading of artwork for review but their Charline over came the problem and emailed me Jpeg files to review, unfortunately this slowed the process up, but still very happy with the banners would use banner buzz again

Production time was not adhered
Production time was not adhered to. I paid a premium price to have my banner and produced and delivered within a week and the banner came nearly a week late. I had to continuously call to find out when my banner would arrive (it was needed by a certain date), and I was only offered a discount of half my expedited shipping charge. Won't be buying from banner buzz again.

Shipping Estimated Delivery Date Misleading
I paid to have banner delivered 'on or before Tuesday, August 4th, 2020'. Did not arrive until Friday, August 7th, 2020. Disappointed client. BannerBuzz promised to refund shipping charges. Never happened. Will think twice before ordering from here again. Lesson learned.

This has happened a number of times- I have long been requesting you use only UPS for my orders as they seem to be the most reliable in delivering on time- When you use DHL or FedEx the orders may or may not get here when we ask for them.
