Quality product at a great price, delivered extremely quick and efficient
Got a band banner after years and years of nothing to let the crowd know who we are, especially when I forget to tell them. Gonna take pride of place above the drummer, was that impressed with the cost I ended up getting 3 different colour font and different sizes. The team at Banner Buzz was there at every step of the design, ordering, approval to print and shipping, I only ordered it for a Rock Band but if you are a business and want exposure through advertising, Banner Buzz has the team and products and do t forget prices to put your company in everyone's view

I purchased a 10x6 banner on 12/20 and paid extra for...
I purchased a 10x6 banner on 12/20 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The website said delivery would be on 12/26. Today is 12/31 and I still didn't even have an estimated delivery date. Use of website was smooth but the information provided was deceitful. I don't know if they do this just to make extra money from the customer and you get what you ordered whenever it arrives

Only issues were with the original art not being high enough resolution
A little too late
I would have been happy with the product, but unfortunately the shipping time I was quoted was not accurate which meant I was unable to use the banner for it's intended purpose. I would not have ordered if I thought the shipping would not be as fast as promised. So now I have a banner I can't use and I'm out of pocket. I know things happen, so no hard feelings, just disappointed. I may order again if I'm not in a rush as product is fine.

Courier folder the banner carton in half and damaged the banner with creases.
However the banner buzz response to my complaint was excellent. The minor damage to my banner was not a Bannerbuzz fault
