The quality of the sign
The quality of the sign was not good. It was hard to read. The sign was also not very big at all. I was unexpectedly disappointed. But, this company has been excellent with all of my other orders. I am grateful to be a customer. I would like to work with them to create a yard sign that is much bigger & that is easy for potential customers to see the sign as they drive past. We use this company for our business cards. We have two businesses. The cards have been excellent. I do look forward to working with you all soon to create our yard signs.
Sad to say, VERY Disappointed
The wrong artwork was used to create my proof. Then, the banner was sent without a way to attach it——after it arrived late.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME PROVIDING FEEDBACK IN MY 3 MONTHS TIME HAVING TROUBLE MAKING YOUR REPS COMPREHEND WHAT I NEEDED AFTER BEING WARNED SEVERAL TIMES THAT MY ORDER WOULD TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS IF i NOT ACCEPT WORK PROVIDED AND REQUEST PROOFS. NOT WASTING MY TIME AGAIN.

The products you produced are great! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the system of proofing for designs was super confusing and your explanations were not clear. However the final product both quality and value was worth it.
Good quality and affordable, but shipped from India, and missed delivery date I paid for.
We needed multiple banners and signs for our church, and BannerBuzz offered a service at a price that was really hard to beat.
We ordered an outdoor banner and reflective yard sign. Design was customized quickly and easily using the online tool, after uploading our logos and artwork, and online proofs were provided and signed off quickly.
Due to an upcoming event, we paid for priority shipping (delivery by 25th August). This shipping method was a little pricy (over $30) but even including this shipping, it was still cheaper than from some other sources.
Unfortunately, while their website lists that they are located in Toronto, printing actually seems to be outsourced to printers in India, and while it was shipped using FedEx, which is usually fairly quick to Canada, it did not actually arrive until 30th August, 5 days after the quoted shipping date, and a few days after the initial event we had wanted it for.
The print quality of both items is good, with pretty accurate colour matching in our logos, and consistent print quality across the banner and reflective sign.
The vinyl used in the banner in particular is good quality and strong, and stitching and grommets are good and secure. We will still get some use out of both items, but would definitely avoid paying extra for shipping, and probably look elsewhere for time sensitive deliveries in the future.

Communication is difficult with this company in person and in writing
This company has great prices, but if your product comes in completely wrong and you've repeatedly asked them if they understand your order and they say yes not only on the phone but in writing this is very frustrating.
They are happy to make it up to you but deadlines for orders are critical so they need major improvement on this area of their sales dept.
Not full order came
Some parts were missing in our parcel and all we get just an offer to wait another 5 business days for delivery the rest of the order.

Absolutely stoked with the wonderful service, communication and result we got from using Bannerbuzz. We choose this company largely on their cost effectiveness, not really knowing if we would be happy or even get the final product. We were super relieved and blessed to get a really well packaged poster, great graphics and promptly. Big UPS from us!
Feeling a bit ripped off.
Signs are ok, but I didnt realise they import them from India at at less than 15% of the price I paid, and then they arrived without the stakes to hold them up. Feel a bit ripped off.
