Love it
I love my new business sign. Ordering on the website was really easy. I used one of their base designs and changed it to suit what I wanted. They checked back with e often to ensure that I was happy with how it would turn out. Really easy process

Good quality but poor packaging
Really fast turnaround from purchasing on website. Design came out great. Exactly as expected however the issue I had was that during postage the sign was bent. As you can see in the photos, the sign arrived with a crease in it which dampens the overall appeal of the sign.
I think that the signs need to have better reinforcement in the packaging as the crease cannot be fixed and it does affect the overall finish.
Just what we were looking for.
The whole experience was seamless, I think from ordering, including production and shipping, to delivery it was a total of under 2 weeks. The order was easy to submit. A representative reached out to us and mentioned that the yellow colour we originally had looked different in real life and suggested another shade of yellow - which we went with. I just got our order today and we absolutely LOVE it! It is VERY clear (as stated in the confirmation email) and exactly what we were looking for.

Quality end product

Almost perfect
Signs were great but the individual metal rods were not designed for the signs and stretch out the sign when trying to insert into holes. I have seen proper metal sign stakes for these signs and these are not the correct ones to use.
Reflective front door pointer sign
The sign delivered is useless. The arrow pointing the direction to the front door is missing. I placed the order while on the phone with one of your customer service agents who advised me to select the "proof" box if I wanted to see the sign before it was produced. I was never shown the sign design and what was delivered is useless.

The signs are fine, however some stakes were missing and when I notified Bannerbuz I'm told I need to send video evidence. This is extremely annoying - I'm hardly making it up!

Nice bright reflective yard signs
The colors really pop on these signs, and the reflective ink makes them visible at night. Love them! BannerBuzz produced and shipped them quickly and they were carefully packaged. An all-around success!

The quality of the product
The quality of the product was good. Customer Service not so much. The online interface does not work correctly and getting timely responses back, even while using their chat function is a chore. Had to send multiple proofs back because they kept sending wrong item (multi-item purchase) for approval.
