Item was very low quality, not stuck properly on the board, with the material wrinkling.

I created a custom design to ask my girlfriend out on a special date and was worried after seeing warnings on other poster sites about quality and how it would turn out low or the image would be stretched. Then I found BannerBuzz, and they truly delivered on their promise of a perfect product. Their customer service was exceptional as they reached out to ensure my design looked perfect, welcomed feedback, and worked with me until I was completely satisfied. They were also always positive!
Any questions I had were quickly and professionally handled by their friendly team, making the process stress-free. I asked that my poster came in the best quality and wouldn't be stretched. The next thing you know less than a week later, my order arrived, and it was absolutely perfect! For such an affordable price, I received a high-quality product and phenomenal customer service. I would definitely shop with BannerBuzz again!

Defective Sign
Ordered a foam board reflective sign from this company thinking they were in Canada. Item shipped from India. Packaging was superb. Aluminum reinforced box prevented item from being bent. Shipping was good. Item was defective upon opening of package. Sign was wrinkled. Contacted customer support, and, after sending pictures of the sign a refund was given. I should have read reviews and done more research before ordering. Three stars for packaging, shipping, and issuance of refund. Nothing for manufacturing.
Absolute shambles of a company
So i ordered a foam board sign in time for two shows we were attending.
Artwork and size ready, so all they had to do was print and adhere print to board. First one arrived, creases all over the print plus air bubbles.
I phoned to advise / complain. I then had to send countless pictures / be on long phone calls / send emails... before they agreed to send a replacement. This meant that one of the shows we would not have the board / sign for.
They promised the new remake board would arrive in time for our next show and it did. Opened the well packed new sign.
We could not believe, that once again they allowed a product to leave their premises with creases through the print.! They would have seen the creases during manufacture.
This means that we now do not have time to get a sign done anywhere in time for our next show.
I am now going through the complaints process with their `escalation team'. We do not want ANOTHER remake as we have missed having it at the shows we wanted it for. We want a full refund and have now been pushed to another department. I have added photos and could have added more, but i am truly fed up with this company and its sub-standard products. ( Just look at other reviews on the net.)
Absolutely avoid this company. Pay and extra £5 or £10 and go to a different supplier. I just wished that we had checked trust pilot or other reviews on the net before using this company.
Also do not get led by the. Co. Uk and think you are buying from a company in the UK. They are based in India.

Horrible customer service. I paid for 2 day shipping on my orders never get them in two days. My overall experience with banner buzz was horrible. I don't recommend.

I don't really have much to say as the item still hasn't been delivered. It is now at least 2 weeks overdue, Very disappointed
Beautiful job on my portrait
I snapped a photo of the San Francisco skyline at sunset from a rooftop bar, and then wanted to see how it would look on a printed canvas of some kind. I really like the reflective effect on the final product; It emphasizes the sun's reflection on the buildings beautifully. Would like to discuss bulk order prices for same print.
