These are cheap and terrible. I asked for an account credit and they stopped responding to me. They’ve lost a loyal customer. I will never order from them again. They offered to send me another one for £5 plus shipping. This solution was terrible because they didn’t listen to me when I said the product was terrible and blamed the ‘installation. ’ They have clearly not paid any attention to these reviews. Why would I want to pay for something again to have the same result. Straight in the bin. This company and the product.
Terrible
The items arrived and when placed on the window they were all damaged, there were scratches throughout and had to be removed instantly. Still no resolution to the complaint I have made
Do Not Use This Company Banner Buzz - Off
Awful company to deal with. After designing, uploading and paying for the decals I was given multiple mixed messages from several members of staff advising me to change vinyl. Banner Buzz asked me to call them and the call cost £120 this was the final straw. I cancelled the order 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on a refund. They also will not pay the £120 cost of the phone call. I now have no decals, no refund and am £120 out of pocket for a phone call Banner Buzz asked me to make to them. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I've used much more expensive items sourced from the UK before. The artwork on this item was great.
However, the packaging was a problem - the peel-off backing sheet was fine, but they had added an adhesive sheet to the front as well, like masking tape, which was a real pain to peel off, and I stretched some of the decal in the process as there were some small and fiddly parts.
The decal was also noticeably thinner than others I've used, which meant it creased really easily on application, and I was left with some creases which I just couldn't get rid of, leading me to remove the item completely.
Overall, I would use them again for a simpler design which would be easier to apply, but not for something complex and fiddly.

I was unable to use this item as the company taped it onto a piece of paper and when opening it tore the plastic product off the paper tearing it off

After 3 weeks and multiple conversation they decided they couldn't make this. Support was horrible. You have to go out of your way to contact them or get answers. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with!
Good but lots of air bubbles
Decal cut out looks good - TONS of air bubbles that were not visible until after install - pushing them out left marks on the cutout. Hopefully will reduce over time.

Unfortunately the design wasn't what we asked for the quality is brilliant but not what we wanted and although paid for express shipping it came extremely later than advised.
Frosted Decal
Turned up in a decent time scale
Upon opening the Decal was full of air bubbles and creases! My friend who I purchased it for, assumed that was as it should have been and tried to use it!
When I saw him 2 days later he said I had purchased a cheap and inferior item which had not worked and threw it away. His attitude was that it was only £21.00 so it didn't matter.
At this time his front door glass remains clear until he decides what to do. Unfortunately he was so annoyed at the time he didn't take any photos.

Wanted to love it but it looks terrible
Wanted to love it but it looks terrible. We ordered two and had a very skilled precise person install it. He followed all instructions and both were terrible. We had to throw them away. We ordered a frosted background which was the probelm. I think if we had ordered the reverse it would have been fine.
Disappointed
The product was so thin and stuck so hard to the second layer of backing material that it was impossible to place in on the window without tearing and had to be discarded. I have bought in the past from them and had no problems so not sure if they have changed supplier.
Product arrived ripped
Product arrived ripped. Very hard to remove the masking tape from a 2x3 decal. The masking tape itself rips the decal and pulls off all the little inner cut outs fo the letters

The first order was produced incorrectly as they modified my artwork without notice or approval. Ten days later I got the corrected decal, but one was damaged and couldn't be used. The frost is difficult to work with shows residue from the transfer paper along with air bubbles. I'll admit the air bubble may be user error but I don't know what anyone could do about the residue... you can literally see where the transfer was on the film. The overall experience and quality of the product was disappointing.
