Aluminum gazebo sign
Looks fantastic. Sent in artwork designers. Get back to you right away. Let you know if it's gonna work out or not made a few adjustments approved it. The product arrived. Looks fantastic. Everybody loves it.
The only thing that was frustrating and confusing was trying to do the approvals using my phone, it wouldn't let me navigate an answer. Any questions I'd have to call customer service and I had to do that about 3-4 times. But it all worked out in the end.
Good quality Signs, weird design interface
I've ordered signs a few times now and really like the quality. Most of the time they come from the US (which I strongly prefer). I wish they made it more clear which orders get made out of the US and why.
For the proofing process, please make it standard to show the cut lines in pink. I can't see how I would be able to approve a proof without seeing the cut lines and screw holes. I think giving more information about the location of the screw holes (like a template) would streamline the process as well.
A couple of times I've had signs with defects and they are okay about getting store credit. It seems a little too complicated (too many back and forth emails asking for pictures and videos of existing packaging when it was clearly a printing defect) but they gave it in the end.
I will keep ordering just hope for some improvements.

Graphics spot-on
The sign itself had nice graphics, but the edges were rough and sharp, like they didn't take a final smooth-down to them. I had to use some sandpaper after receiving it. Sign was packaged well.

Having used bannerbuzz on many previous occasions, I've normally received orders in under a week. Two separate orders on this occasion, took 3-4 weeks. Veronica in resolutions was very helpful and kept me up to date, but still very disappointing on this occasion.
