Folded but not folded
The Flyers have a crease for folding, but aren't folded. It took a long time to have to fold all of them.
They look great, but ordering was so hard and caused me to miss my deadline.

The product quality itself was good but there were some issues
It came in the wrong size, and then the communication problems started taking forever between replies, with different requests and delayed communiation. Overall if you are willing to wait and are not in a rush they are good value for money but order with lots of spare time.
Extremely unhappy
I have ordered it on 90lbs paper stock, they have printed it on 20lbs paper stock. That spoils whole image and usability. It so close to the event date there no scope of fixing it.
High quality, beautiful, and delivered early!
This is the first time I ordered from Banner Buzz. Their prices were lower than those of any other company I could find to print our wedding programs. I was concerned about the quality of the paper and such. These programs turned out nicer than the actual wedding invitations! Absolutely beautiful, high quality, easy to fold, and arrived early. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Completely Disappointed
Completely disappointed with the size and quality of the A5 folded flyers that I ordered. After ordering 3 times that same product because they kept suggesting there is a better matching product, they still sent wrong sized badly cut flyers.
Way to many emails. Phoned
Way to many emails. Phoned 2 times, emails over a dozen to organize delivery to the holidays. I came back and they still delivered when we were closed. I do not understand how this could go so wrong when I was assured by email & phone that they would deliver after the holidays.
3 way folded (each page) was suppose to be 8 x 10
3 way folded (each page) was suppose to be 8 x 10. Arrived and it's 1 8x10 folder 3 times making it TINY and the photos are all stretched. Unbelievable. This is junk and we now have 500 tiny awful looking flyers.
Complete garbage
Complete garbage. Cannot read the text. I even sent multiple files and emails saying that I could send any/more files if the ones that I did not upload did not work for them. They sent me proof showing that the type could be read and then sent me something different. Garbage.

Team needed 4 separate revisions to get my pages in the right order. This delayed my order substantially and now I missed the date I needed the papers for. Wasted my time and money and ended up buying it from a local print shop.
Would not recommend.
Very deceiving company to do business with. Their website leads you to believe you are doing business with a Canadian company but, instead you are ordering directly from India. Their sales team is very intense prior to submitting an order but, after the order is placed, their customer service is almost non existent. We were asked to pay additional shipping fees to insure our order was received on time for a trade show, yet we still didn't receive all the material on time. They initially didn't even take responsibility for their breach in their commitment. I had to insist on getting some sort of compensation as we would be required to get the missing material from another supplier. What we settled with in terms of refund wasn't even close to the additional costs we incurred. Would not recommend.

They did a great job on my brochures. The designer was very patient with me and went above and beyond im actually surprised how well the finish product came out. They came on time and turnaround was decent in turn will definitely do business again!
