Not Double-sided
You don't do double sided banners at the size I ordered. One of your proofers flipped my art, which caused 2 more days delay and shipping on it was 2 days later.

Difficult Communication
Teams meetings would be a good shout to discuss any design issues. It is very tricky to discuss things that revolve around visuals on the phone.

After not receiving an order from Banners On The Cheap, I ordered from BannerBuzz…. And for LESS! Their review team was very good, always asking for approvals before going ahead with the order (they could have easily printed what I originally approved and called it a day). When I did receive my order, the quality exceeded my expectations, and I am now preparing my next order with them!

I will say I have had several good experiences with BannerBuzz. However, I encountered several difficulties with this purchase. There were issues with approving the design, setting up a tax exempt account (I did this with three other companies around the same time with no issues), and delivery (wrong address cited even though it was correct). I received conflicting messages (automated v. customer service), so resolving the issues was not straight forward or expedient. It delayed my order by several weeks, to the point that it was practically useless in promoting our event. The quality of the banner was fine.

Banners for Crofton
This is the second time I have ordered banners from Banner Buzz. I am so pleased. Excellent service and great quality. So easy to design your own banners and a very helpful staff. The first set of banners were ordered five years ago and they have stood up beautifully in wind, rain. Snow & heat. They have retained their colour and only one frayed a little.

Three times and fail
It's hard to review something you don't have. I still haven't received my banners. They've been shipped with FedEx and have been sitting in Singapore for the past 10 days. I have know idea when I'll get them. Other than the shipping, which can't really be blamed on BannerBuzz, I tried 3 times to have the artwork corrected on my banners. I discovered a small flaw in the photo I used for the background on my banners, so the day after I ordered them I rang BannerBuzz to see if I could have the photo changed to the corrected version. I emailed the new file and they said it would be fine and the next day I got a proof to approve. No change. Still the flawed photo. I rejected the proof and messaged BannerBuzz to tell them to use the correct photo I'd emailed. A couple of days latter I got another proof to approve. No change. Still the flawed photo. I rang again and explained the problem. They asked me to email the corrected photo again, and assured me there would be no problem and it would be fixed. They'd send a new proof, which arrived the next day. Again, no change. Still the same flawed photo! I'd had enough by this point and just approved the proof to get production of the banners under way. It's a small flaw and I'm sure I'll be the only one that notices it, but I'll see it every time I use the banners.
