No communication when things went wrong. Even the form to fill in a query is limited to 150 characters. Sad!
Beware priority shipping not arriving in time.
I paid £15 for urgent shipping and it didn't arrive in time. It said by June 13. I needed it for event on 14th. It arrived on 15th. There was no email saying it would be late or other attempt to contact me. I ended up calling them to find out, the day before. And Banners UK is a misnomer. My item was stuck in customs in Stansted so it arrived from overseas even though it was an unbranded regular item. I would like Banners UK to refund the shipping at least. Sadly I heard nothing from them despite two phone calls. I am unlikely to order again.
Good Quality
Fabric was heavy and should stand up to wear and tear. Some of the seams around the edges are puckered but will not interfere with use. Thought I was ordering from a Canadian Company, but package mailed from India?

I have purchased this product, sadly I accidently selected the wrong size, I have not use the product and cannot use it at all; I have telephoned and emailed the supplier to help me obtain the correct size, but they can't do anything except 20% discount on a new purchase. This in not good customers service, especially for a returning customer.
I ordered especially with express
I ordered especially with express delivery to receive deliver before a specific event. However the table cloths arrived 2 days after the event rendering them useless.

Ordered the blank, 4 sided table cloths with sewn edges. Even though it said with white thread it was in black - I'm very happy about that. Item shipped from India, it was shipped out fairly quick, arrived on time and was actually nicer than I expected. I added my own logo. Nice large table cloths. They reach the ground on a trestle table so you can store extra merch etc under the table at expos, and still have it all look neat. I'm glad I put in the extra work and measurements to make sure I got the right size
Cheap fabric that doesn't drape well
I ordered 2 table runners and the fabric quality is very poor. The printing is not crisp. I will not be able to use these for my event. I do not recommend this product.

Great choices, well done
It was very easy to order and the table runner we bought looks great. The only reason I gave a four star review instead of five, is that I didn't realize the company is based in India and the carbon footprint for shipping is concerning.
