Looks good from a distance - pain in the bum to assemble and to drain base
The "Premuim quality" badge at the top of the page is questionable - The aluminuim pole is okay but the 4 smaller poles are attached with plastic bolts and after 1 show they have gone white where they have been bent just from moving it and trying to work out how it goes together, so I doubt they will last much longer. There is also a plastic ring with a bolt on it - the ring broke quickly and the bolt disappeared off it so thats never being used again... Not that I had any idea what it was for as there are no instructions and had to work out how to assemble it. My biggest gripe with this is draining the base - if you want to fold it up and rebag it you have to drain it (hopefully you've been working out) and I gave up after 20 mins of holding it over a sink tilting it from left to right trying to drain the water out - there is no practical drainage hole, even though there is the spout in the corner as well as two big holes in the middle which are used to hold the black plastic pole holder in. Might be alright for an install job but not practical for taking it from event to event.
Needed a lot of calls to customer service but very satisfied with the delivered banner
FAbulous giant banner, excellent quality colours and print. The graphic designer at Banner Buzz was terrific. However, until you get to the designer, there were mistakes and lots of calls to customer service to ensure I would be assigned someone to make everything right.
The banner was delivered with a lot of spots of dirt. We cleaner it with some soap, water and a cloth. It required a steamer to take the folds and wrinkles out.
Overall, very satisfied.

Had the job passed around
Had the job passed around numerous staff and designers. Had to go through multiple proofs and every time someone new was on the job. They kept sending me the same proof without changes. Eventually asked for a manager who corrected the issues. Finished
Quality of the product
I ordered one, within less than 7 months, the top of the flag got broken, the quality of the material is not good for Australias sum. I sent an email but i got no respond.
Large and eyecatching but...
There were no instructions in the box. I figured it out but there were several pieces I could not figure out. Trying to get help was a nightmare. Also there is no case to put the banner without taking it off the pole. Which would be nice since attaching it to the pole every time is a pain.
Great deal, responsive customer service
We are using this banner for festivals and fairs. While it hasn't seen any action yet, I assembled it and was impressed by how much we got for the price. Thanks!
