Not received in time
We ordered multiple items which were promised to arrive before our Bridal show. It didn't. Then, when we didn't have what we needed they offered a 30% expiring credit or reject the custom item when it arrived and get a refund. Also, they were no help when i called the day before the event to say it hadn't arrived. We are a business and they requested I wait to see if they delivered it on a Friday night. Not open.
Do not order overnight shipping!
If you are expecting to get your order overnight with overnight shipping, you'll be very disappointed. We paid for overnight shipping for an event that was three days later…we received the item a week later. Their resolution was to give us 50% off the shipping expense. Will never use again. Poor customer service.
