They couldn't make the decal
It is frustrating that they couldn't make the decal from my file. I had no problems elsewhere.
They were confusing or confused when I talked to the rep. They were polite though and speedy in their responses.

Size Does Matter!
I measured the spaces I needed to fill in with quotes/sentences. I used their design tool to build different sentences that I would piece together for the space I had. The design tool allows you to scale the text and tells you the height and length. I thought this was perfect as I wanted the letters in certain sentences the same size as other sentences as they would go together. The letter heights were set to the same heights and the proofs they sent reflected this. When the sentences arrived there was a wide array of text sizes. Nothing matched up. See photo. These sentences were set to a text height of 1.5" and clearly aren't the same size. Their explanation (resolution) was to tell me it was my own fault for not reading the fine print that states they will resize all the lettering based on the length of your project. So realistically the height of the letters you choose is irrelevant. The design tool is misleading. Only way I could somewhat resolve this was to pay another $80 and just have them print all the sentences as one big long run on sentence and then cut the words up on the print out to align them into a sentence myself. Very tedious. I should also mention that before I even started I spent over an hour on the phone and over an hour in the chat tool asking questions about letter heights. There is a clear language barrier as the support division is based out of India. The product ships from India also.

This is the first time I have used BannerBuzz and it wont be the last, excellent communication from the start to the end of the order, extremely diligent around the fonts and the sizes and taking us through the process of our first order.

AVOID - Poor service from a fake UK company -AVOID
The website makes it look like it's a UK company, it's not, it's just a fake frontage.
Our order was promised for the 8th originally, then the 13th, it's now the 17th June and hasn't arrived.
Chasing it up with "Customer Service" got me a tracking number for FedEx - which shows it coming from GANDHINAGAR, India.
Allegedly it's been in the UK since the 14th - but I'm beginning to think it's just a complete con and we will never see our order or our money back.

The process was the most frustrating, clunky online experience I have ever had.
Not sure how many times I asked for a refund but they refused to listen and just carried on through the painful procedure.
Happy and recommended
Very quick turnaround. Really pleased with work. Only consideration for future would be to be able to create a design using more than one font. Not a deal breaker, but would be handy for me for sure.
The vinyl is very thin
The vinyl is very thin and cheap, quite a few of the letters ripped upon application even with following the directions provided.

I received a follow up phone call to check that I had seen the delivery date which couldn't be as early as I was hoping for (my last minute ordering) and to ask if I still wanted the order. I said yes and I'm glad I did. Product arrived, well packaged and is perfect. Thanks guys.

Had searched online for wall
Had searched online for wall lettering that did customising and luckily found Banner Buzz after lots of false starts with other search results. Website is easy to use, lots of options and suggestions. Whole process was quick and there was prompt communication. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service
I purchased two decals for my sons bedroom wall. One was vinyl and it is great, the other I was advised that die cut vinyl was a better option. I confirmed that as long as it works on a painted bedroom wall I was fine with that. It does not stick. I sent a photo as requested and then was advised that on the company's end there is no issue and the decal should have been put on a smooth surface. When I called to tell the company that I advised it was for a wall and no one told me that wouldn't work, the customer service woman basically called me a liar because she couldn't see in the "notes" from previous agents that I had told them it was for a bedroom wall. She kept saying it's not a big deal, I can remove it and re stick it to a smooth surface. She followed it up with "I understand you're upset." Clearly she didn't understand because I spent over $100 on two items and one doesn't work and the company is doing absolutely nothing about it. I have told everyone who sees the decal about the terrible customer service I've received.
