Pleased new customer!
I was very pleased with my very first order with banner buzz. Although getting to a final design was a little rocky the customer service team routed me to the design team, and it was an experience that gave me confidence that they wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied. There are dozens of companies that can print these type of designs, but to me I value a customer service relationship when they care about their customers more than converting a transaction. I am now set up as a business in their portal and looking for it to working with banner buzz.

The two sided flag that Banner Buzz made for me surpassed expectations! They did an excellent job even reproducing my artwork to make it look great. Fast delivery added to the positive experience.

Product is good quality and was delivered quickly. The art department received a slightly different size image and their solution was to warp the image to fit - asked before the printing -so I sent them a new image before that happened.
Ordered a black flag and it came with a white edge around it.
Flag is super lightweight and very flimsy. Ordered it to be all black with gold logo in the middle. When it arrived it came with a white edge around the whole flag. Looks horrible.
Exactly as ordered
The double sided flag produces a design that does not show through to the other side. The material is a scratchy type that would probably due well in outdoor conditions (wind, rain), even though my use is indoor. I ordered a custom size with custom finishing, and it is exactly as ordered.
Amazing Quality
I ordered a personalized flag with my dogs picture on it. I was able to proof it before printing had a couple questions and they were very quick to respond. The quality of the flag is very durable, more than I anticipated. The only complaint which would have nothing to do with the product itself is I earned credit/ money towards another purchase and you're only allowed to used a very small percentage of it when ordering a second product. (I understand that to a point) but they my Credit expired way to soon. I would have liked to order a flag for my sons wedding is March but I lost ALL my bonus points/ money ( I believe I had 45 days)

Great flag
Seems like a good flag/banner. We will display this in our customer's shop. It would be nice if you updated the description to describe the fabric see see-through and thin. I advise ppl to make sure you understand how your logo will display. Customer svc was helpful.

Nicer than I expected.
I ordered double sided flags and they seemed quite sturdy! We will definitely get a good deal of use out of them.
Ended up being a waste
I ordered a flag for an event, paid for expedited shipping to ensure I would have it on time. It arrived several days after my event. This ended up being a waste of time and money.
I had reched out to them multiple times in order to try and get help when I saw that the shipping might be an issue. I wanted their help with the shipper (I had tried toconnect the shipper as well without any luck). All I received in return were stock answers without any action to try and resolve the issue.
The flag itself was good quality. It would have worked well for my event. Unfortunately, it was a one time event and having it arrive late did me no good.

Graphics and print quality was better than I expected. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase... I recommend this company to anyone that's looking for the best.
