Banners didn't arrive in time for the event!
Felt like all correspondence was automated. Also, when initially placing order, it was not indicated or clear that additional approval would be necessary., thus further waiting for other emails would not be a factor.
Awesome Job
I purchased the banner for my uncle as a surprise for the opening of his new business. Banner Buzz did an awesome job. My uncle loves the banner. You will not be disappointed with their work.
Damaged packaging
Package was damaged. Print quality of item was poor with colour artefacts present (which were not on original design). I await replacement, but customer resolution dept is playing games. Not happy.

We used the banner as a painted floor for a high school theatre production. The show was based in the D&D world, and I wanted the set to look like a board game that came to life. The vinyl was very heavy-duty and durable.
