Pleased with our banner
Our village hall needed a banner to advertise a monthly event and we had a limited budget. Banner Buzz offered value for money and a helpful service. The banner was easy to order and arrived swiftly. We are very pleased.
Good prices, arrived as promised
This was a fully customisedb anner with a non-standard size. The manufacture price was low, the delivery cost high but overall, a good buy. It was made in India which probably explains the delivery cost but it arrived as a rush order on time so we are very happy with it.
Great service but some quality issues
We received the banner in time for the event and delivered as promised. This was also provided on a limited time frame due to some challenges we experienced as a business (nothing to do with BannerBuzz). When the banner arrived we found the image to be slightly blurred but useable (however this may be more to do with our images), however some communication to say this image wont print as well would have helped us. Also it had some windproofing cuts within the banner (which were supposed to be there) but they were very large and noticable, a couple of people commented asking if the banner had been damaged.

The customer service was excellent with prompt emails to clarify design and a quick redesign from their team when my photo was the high quality required. The redesign was very close to my original.
The delivery was quick and the quality of the banner is brilliant. It made an excellent addition to my stall and really helped to promote my business.
Great customer experience
I just used BannerBuzz for the first time to purchase a PVC banner. The user experience was straightforward, and I was able to customise the banner so it was the exact size I wanted. Uploading the artwork was straightforward. Delivery was made in the timeframe advised. The finished product was just what I wanted.

The service was OK. Delivery split it as it arrived after the function. Team was great got my full refund.

Delivery was not great
I paid extra for urgent delivery and my items did not arrive in time for the event we ordered them for. Then it was only when I double checked the order I realised it was at our local ups drop off but I had had no notifications to tell me it was there. Very disappointing
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Charging me £200 extra for express services, not telling me it was being made ON A DIFFERENT CONTINENT and it hadn't even left India let alone arrived when it was meant. Have applied for chargebacks from my bank and will never use you again.
Paid for urgent delivery, which was late
Paid extra for urgent delivery on a specific date. Item arrived 3 week days/1 business day late which was later than we required it, defeating the purpose of paying for urgent delivery

Great service, i really like how you get to approve everything before it goes to print, so you can be sure its right! Package arrived quickly and well packed. The quality is superb! They cannot be beaten on price! Will be back for more :)
