Very nice, 100% pleased with the product that i order.
No refund
I cancelled my order after paying, asked for a refund on three separate occasions and had no reply apart from the generic " query received " email. No more replies after that from them.

Awful Design
Those clowns use AI, and when they schedule sessions with you, their English is so bad that neither of you can comprehend what's going on. I would never use them. It took a month of back-and-forth for nothing to happen.

Looks really good. Was unsure about the magnetic adhesion but it works very well.
Good products and keen service
Good service, end product good, delivery time reasonable. Only thing to improve is the number of emails linked to one simple order… I understand the need for communication but received 11 emails from BannerBuzz for an order of 2 small magnetic squares. 1 was linked to the quality of image I supplied so that was additional but still not sure I need that many other emails sent to me.

Order process was good and
Order process was good and helpful. However, you need to tell the packers NOT to roll the magnetic sign into a cylinder, it has to stay flat. This has rolled the top and bottom edges that prevents a flush contact with the surface it is to stick on (see photo). So, I have signs that look great but won't magnetically fix to the trailer for advertising, and now have to sort a way to affix the signs which I didn't want to do. Ron
