Great for the money
Easy to order arrived 2 days later than told but was happy with the quality. V hard to judge size of letters and I could have done with it being printed slightly larger but now I've received a couple I can request the change on any others I order! I will be using this company again.

Good Banner
The banner and printing is really good, Its nice and clear. Very good material. The only thing that I wasnt happy with is I thought it was a NZ company, But it is based in India. And it was diffecult to commincuate. Also I had alot of issues just trying to explain, what I wanted. It took longer than it should of done due to the communication and my request for the colours not being right. We did finally get there in the end. And I am happy with the product. But I wont be going here again. As I feel its misleading pretending to be based in New Zealand.

Arrived after the event they were required for despite paying extra for fast delivery and receiving confirmation that would be the case.
No response to requests for a refund despite making it clear at time of order not to bother if they wouldn't arrive in time.

Painful process
Giving 3 stars only because of the delays in processing. It took more than a week and me chatting with the agent for them to start processing my order. I was told that the quality of the graphics was low, however, it's a professional done files i used previously with other printing companies and never had an issue.
I would give you zero
I would give you zero if I could. I reached out 3 times in 3 different ways to request that the order be sped up as receiving it on Aug 14the when our event is from Aug 11 to 13th is like receiving a Christmas cake on December 26th.
I will never use your services ever again.

Ordering was easy and the design tool allowed us to produce the large banners we wanted. Delivery from India was prompt.

While I was impressed with
While I was impressed with the actual banner once I received it, the proof and design approval process was horrendous. The design team would send me a proof that was the wrong font, size etc, and I would make a comment back asking for specific improvement. Which they then would half-listen to it. I ended up having to outsource a graphic designer to make a new design after a month of bad proofs being sent to me. Would never design a banner through the website again.
