The qulity of the product is good
What lanyards? Nothing but issues; Never delivered
The worst company to deal with. Missed delivery on order, refused to honor credit, and unwilling to rectify. Purchase items elsewhere. Headaches and missed delivery times are not worth the minimal discounts.
Ivy, Aiden, and service team has done nothing to resolve issue which started on their end.
No attention to detail to follow proofs in production
After going back and forth with them 3 times to make sure the text on the proofs was centered vertically on the lanyards, the lanyards arrived today with the text anywhere but vertically centered. Why bother doing proofs if you're not going to follow the proof in the production process?

I am still waiting for a REFUND due to poor customer service from the graphic designer. THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED!

Terrible product and customer service
Terrible product and customer service to resolve the issue was just as bad, i waited 5 days for a response and due to their delays then couldn't replace the product before our event. Their customer service team is run out of india and its leave a lot to be desired, avoid!
