Incompetence of the highest order
Well can't tell you about the product as we haven't got it a month on from ordering. We are being messed around as thus tin pot outfit have sent it somewhere that doesn't exist despite my order confirmation having my address on it. Now they are blaming me and expect me to pay for postage for a new one? I have a copy of the order with the correct address and know our address as we live here funnily enough. I would waste you time with this shower of sh*T, go somewhere that knows what they are doing and doesn't accuse you of giving wrong info despite your proof...

Horrible Experience All Around
I have had several projects with BannerBuzz, all with very little or no issues. This was absolutely not the case with this project. From the initial proof to the delivery, it was a disaster. The designer had the dimensions wrong three times, even though all artwork was sent to the exact specs. Then they kept trying to add in another decal that had nothing to do with the order. Finally, after approval, the job was shipped, only to be received damaged and unusable. I will never order decals and clings from them again.

Received wrong size sticker!
I recently contacted your support via email regarding received wrong size sticker, but I did not receive a willingness to resolve the matter. I then called customer service, but after a long hold time, I was told I would receive a call back within 2–4 hours—yet I am still waiting.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to my issue and a clearer commitment to customer support. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
