Do Not Use this company. Banner Buzz-Off!
Awful company to deal with. After designing, uploading and paying for the decals I was given multiple mixed messages from several members of staff advising me to change vinyl. Banner Buzz asked me to call them and the call cost £120 this was the final straw. I cancelled the order 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on a refund. They also will not pay the £120 cost of the phone call. I now have no decals, no refund and am £120 out of pocket for a phone call Banner Buzz asked me to make to them. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
Poor pixel quality
Received the decals for a business shop window. They had to be binned as the pixel quality was not great at all and looked very amateur. Disappointed as I've previously ordered from here and was satisfied with the purchase

Great eye-catching item
A very well made vinyl. Great visual display for my company, and has helped bring a lot of interest and enquiries to my company. Definitely was worth buying and plan to get more for my staff to display on their cars.
Easy to order, great follow
Easy to order, great follow up to confirm colours and on time shipping - now if only FedEx could have held up their end... but that's not BannerBuzz's fault. Will definitely be back!

The fact that I kept
The fact that I kept getting errors when I went to upload the artwork, and the checkout process kept throwing errors, should have been a red flag. The cut lines on the artwork were not followed. Customer service keeps brushing it off, or not replying, now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card.

The idea behind Banner buzz is fantastic, I was really happy with the service leading up to finalizing the proof. But the quality is pretty mixed when it eventually showed up. Many of the stickers that were rolled up are crinkled and buckled away from the sticker paper, so pretty disappointed at the end result Sadly.

Decals melted off the wall
Unfortunately while the decals looked great and were exactly as ordered. The colours were fantastic, They did not last more than 24 hours on the wall. The walls had been freshly painted about 4 weeks ago so we're clean and even had a wipe down the the day prior to having the stickers placed. The entire decal had peeled and fallen off the wall when we return to our shop. Both of them. Very disappointing
