Artwork should have been cut into a circle
There is way too many options available that can confuse customers. Very unhappy that my decal wasnt cut into a circle
I ordered 86"x71" and received 86"x86"
Customer service is no help at all. Good luck trying to get a hold of them if you have an issue.

36x36 Window decal - Fail
I purchased two large, 36x36 window decals for my business. Both of them tore about 7" in when removing the backing to apply. I was EXTRA careful with the second one, same result.

Layout was Warped
Even after I proofed and approved the design, it didn't print the way the proof reflected. Very disappointed in how it looks, and didn't use them.

Dissatisfied with my order customer service phone call is useless they say they can do nothing until you open a ticket so why are they there?

I've used BannerBuzz for multiple window decals and keep returning to them for my custom window decals. The banner creation and quality outcome are high-quality, and it gives me a reason to keep coming back to them for my window decal needs. "Blips" of random colours and completely different artwork than what I sent
The website told me the quality of my images was too low so they went and SAID they made it better quality. What they did not tell me, so I wasn't looking for changes, was that they actually entirely changed the font of the image I sent to just some random similar font they must have found online. Not our company's custom font any more. They did not specify this. All they said was they enhanced the quality of the images we sent. It's partially my fault as I did approve the proof they sent, but I was focused on the quality, not the image changes. The updated vinyls they sent have little blips of random white spots in the black and random black spots in the white that were not at all in my images OR their proofs they sent me either. Veey very unhappy with this service and the print quality.
The vinyls I got honestly look like $#*! and ended up being a big waste of money and time. The business cards from my previous order were cut wonky with different spacing from one card to the next, but I made it work as I usually only need to give one at a time, not compare two in front of a client. However after the two experiences in a row, I am not sure that I will be ordering from banner buzz for my next projects.

Paid for a design team but at last i had to design my self whats the point for paying.
